Premium Vendor - $125

Includes EVERYTHING in the Standard Vendor package:

VENDOR PACKAGES
 

ALL vendors will be entered into the Vendor Recognition Awards which include Best Vendor Setup, Guest Favorite Vendor, and Most Interactive Booth.

Standard Vendor - $85

Includes:

  • Vendor setup space

  • Brand exposure to event attendees

  • 1 Vendor Access Pass

  • Complimentary refreshments 

  • Opportunity to sell products/services on site

  • Access to photo/content areas

  • Social media mention before the event

  • Networking opportunity with guests and vendors

  • Vo'Lux Beauty Bar product samples

Official Event Vendor Passes

All approved vendors will receive a vendor pass and a black lanyard at event check-in for access to the vendor floor and your booth.

Vendor Guidelines:

Must be worn and visible during the event at all times​

Required for vendor floor access, setup, and designated vendor areas

ONLY approved vendors and registered assistants may use vendor passes

Vendor passes my not be shared, duplicated, transferred, or given to guests

Lost or misplaced pass will require an additional $25 replacement fee

Additional vendor assistants beyond the included package allowance may require approval and an additional $15 pass fee

Vendors are responsible for ensuring their assistants and/or team members follow all event guidelines and professionalism expectations

Vo'Lux Beauty Bar reserves the right to revoke vendor access for inappropriate behavior, disruption, unauthorized sharing of passes, or failure to follow event policies

RULES & EXPECTATIONS

Booth Presentation

Vendors are encouraged to maintain clean, professional, and visually appealing booth setups that align with the luxury event aesthetic

Approved Colors:
Neutral, blush, black, gold, and ivory

Vendor Conduct & Responsibility

All vendors are expected to maintain a professional, respectful, and welcoming environment throughout the event. Negative, disruptive, inappropriate, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated. Vendors are responsible for their own inventory, setup materials, payment systems, and products/services. Vo'Lux Beauty Bar is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Promotions & Marketing

By participating in this event, vendors agree that event photos/videos may be used for promotional and marketing purposes across social media, websites, and future event materials. Vendors are also encouraged to promote the event on their own platforms to help maximize visibility and attendance.

Setup & Breakdown

Approved vendors will receive assigned setup times prior to the event. Vendors must arrive during their designated setup window, remain for the duration of the event, and clean their area before departure. Additional setup and vene details will be provided closer to the event.

Curated Gift Bags

Selected vendors may have the opportunity to include promotional materials, samples, or products inside curated guest bags.

Additional details will be provided to approved vendors if applicable.

Electricity & WiFi Requests

Electricity availability may vary by venue and must be requested in advance through the vendor application. Vendors approved for electricity access are responsible for bringing any necessary extension cords, power stips, or additional setup equipment. WiFi availability may also vary depending on the event venue and is not guaranteed.

FAQs

NO. Vendor fees are non-refundable and can not be transferred to future events unless otherwise agreed upon between Vo'Lux Beauty Bar and the vendor due to extinuating circumstances.

Vendor table availability may vary depending on the venue and package selected. Additional details will be provided prior to the event.

Booth sharing is not automatically permitted and must be approved prior to the event. Because Vo’Lux Beauty Bar is a curated luxury experience, we carefully review all participating brands to ensure they align with the overall atmosphere, aesthetic, and guest experience.

 

If you’re interested in sharing a booth with another business, both brands must be disclosed and approved in advance. Additional vendor passes or setup accommodations may require an additional fee depending on the setup and package selected.

 

Unauthorized booth sharing may result in removal from the event without refund.

Vo’Lux Beauty Bar is a curated luxury experience, which means vendors are carefully selected to help create an elevated, enjoyable, and cohesive atmosphere for both guests and participating brands.

 

Applications are reviewed based on several factors, including:

  • Brand alignment with the overall event aesthetic and experience  

  • Product or service quality  

  • Professionalism and presentation  

  • Social media presence and branding  

  • Vendor category balance  

  • Overall guest experience contribution  

  • Space availability within each category  

 

Our goal is to create a diverse and engaging mix of beauty, wellness, fashion, lifestyle, dessert, and self-care brands while avoiding excessive overlap between vendors.

 

Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee acceptance, as spaces may be limited to maintain a curated and balanced event experience.

Yes! Select dessert and specialty food vendors are welcome to apply.

Select vendors may be featured throughout our social media platforms, promotional content, website, and event marketing leading up to the event.

Featured visibility may vary depending on the vendor package selected, overall event marketing needs, and promotional scheduling.

However, ALL vendors are encourage to promote the event.

Absolutely! Vendors are encouraged to create visually appealing and professional setups that align with the elevated atmosphere of the event.

 

Clean, creative, and aesthetically pleasing displays help enhance the overall guest experience and attract engagement throughout the event.

Vendors should bring any setup items needed for their display, including table decor, signage, extension cords (if needed), business cards, packaging supplies, charging devices, and any additional materials necessary for selling products or providing services during the event.
